A financial review revealed that customer service personnel have misinformed customers about insurance responsibilities. 

This has led to some costly mis-understandings.

A microlearning solution is optimal here as there is one specific learning need.

Cons
The quiz questions at the end of the course do not ask the employees to apply their knowledge.
