Challenge

To provide comprehensive training for a Freight Forwarding personnel team.

A recent financial review and customer satisfaction survey showed that personnel were not accurately communicating Seller and Buyer
responsibilities to customers. This led to some costly legal battles and has affected business relationships and the company's reputation.

Solution

Create a comprehensive problem-based course to address the topic of responsibility under the four main incoterms used by the company.

Result

Pros
The course has elements of autonomy, which gives the learner agency over their learning and activates an intrinsic motivation to learn.
The course also includes many different question types and frequent knowledge checks to keep the learning on track and ensure
the learner's results are reliable and aligned to the learning objectives.

Cons
Including video may have made the course more engaging.
